There is debate ringing throughout the clubhouse about what should be regarded as the greatest achievement of the 2009-10 season. Contenders include D S Lumb who won his 70th Major and Andy Kershaw who in winning 3 majors also won the golfer of the year with an outstanding 15 points. The Handicap Team were victorious in winning division 5 of the Halifax and Huddersfield Handicap League and in the Ladies Section, New Member Michaela Smith was dominant in winning three of the seven trophies up for grabs including a hole in one on her way to winning the Ladies Captains Prize. This must be down to the extra hours her and Tim are putting in. Well done to all winners mentioned here as well as all the other winners, too numerous to mention. If you have any amusing stories of incredible luck or bad fortune please email them to us.

Please look at the Online Diary or in your own personal diaries to see when these trophies are up for grabs. Beware though as im sure the winners mentioned will not want to relinquish their titles!
